Success was such, that the 2012 edition has been confirmed for over 80 participants and the cash prize value will be doubled: USD 20,000!
Congratulations to the winners!!

never heard about this pageant before!
Certainly you have not. It’s a new pageant!
Will there be a Miss Helicopter Earth?
Nice one there roger!!!
Haha! Or Miss “Balut”! – and I’ll bet either Vietnam or Philippines will win!!!!
Ooh and China was the 2nd runner up – wonder why?
Guess what – Miss Earth was held in the Philippines and their delegate just won Miss Earth Water (but she wore the wrong dress–> Red is for fire, no?)
Now that she won, are we to expect to see her posing in yacht ads and starring in yacht commercials all over the world? She now a spokesmodel in the yachting industry / community?
As expected, every time a beauty contest is held in China, you will see Miss China in the top finalists (same with Miss Earth 2011 where Miss Philippines end up as 2nd runner up as the venue is in Manila)
I noticed that also. But I believe we do have judges which selects who are deserving to be placed on top positions. It’s always been a play of fairness and transparency.
Not having seen all the delegates for this pageant, I can’t speak to the final outcome. However, the winners are certainly pretty. Miss China is very pretty here, where Miss Philippines Earth leaves a lot to be desired, specially when seeing the delegates left behind.
Barring a few years, there is always Miss China as a top finalist in any Chinese edition of any pageant. Ditto Miss Philippines!!! and Miss Universe being a USA pageant always has Miss USA as a finalist…… People can you imagine if a pageant is held in Venezuela what will happen? or if Venezuela starts an international pageant? All winners will be Miss Venezuela for ever, for eternity!!!! Better still there will be 5 contestants competing from Venezuela, so that top 5 reads Venezuela 5 times over! Complete guarantee that Miss Venezuela wins! ROFL
Just saw the recently concluded Miss Earth! what a shame!!!!!
I totally agree with you, Arnav!!
Are you high? or you havent take your medicine today if no go and do it, non sense what yu say, anf for God sake stop talking crap about Venezuela, a country you should visit before opening your crappy mouth !
Poor Arnav, jealousy is such a depraving illness…. The great thing, and to your shame, horror, and despair, Venezuela has no need whatsoever to start any pageant, they already win or place in everyone they participate in. And to your embarrassment and humiliation, this is a tradition that has been going on for more than 30 years! Are you now going to say that Venezuela buys their place in every single pageant there is? Boy, that is having deep pockets and strong political ties!!! or better yet, that is being delusional to the highest degree! Just grow up and admit that Venezuela does an exceptional job preparing their delegates, whom are already beautiful, intelligent, and ready to represent on any stage. Focus your energy in bettering your country’s pageant, stop vomiting on others’ success. Such an idiot!!
If Venezuela had the sash factor working for them, that is because they earned it.
China is going crazy with pageants. What’s next Miss International Bicycle.
Where in the world is Tartastan?
I googled Tartastan. It’s a Republic near Russia. I learned something.
Tartastan or Tartaria is in Russia Federation is one of the 21 federal republics from Russia, located in the west of the Ural Mountains, btw China have many pageant but Miss TQI is the only has a best production and level of candidates, others pageants are mini pageants, enfocated in another beauty concept, example yatch int’l, in this decade many pageants emerges
Yes Aja, continue in the early future Miss mundial airplane, miss toyota empire, another tourism pageant or special pageant for a peach fruit; the beauty pageants are be regulated, its a crazy boom of the news pageants
I think Miss Worldwide Coconut Queen is a good idea, they already have pageants for coffee and bananas.
It seems like anything can be turned into a Miss: Garlic, Mushroom, Papaya….Mix them all together and you’ll get a tasty pasta sauce or chutney.
Well, there is only one Miss that I kind of agree with: Miss “Ao Dai” from Vietnam is something that truly represents their culture. The contestants wore it well at Miss Universe 2008, in Vietnam. Now that’s original.
I bet you that the Male Pageants will follow the trend and create new pageants: Mr.Coconut-Pacific, Mr. Continental-Spaceship, Budweiser-Manhunt…
You guys crack me up with all of your comments…. Miss Bicycle, Helicopter, Balut… hahaha
Its all about business.
Hosting and holding pageants can be quite lucrative. Otherwise they would not waste their time organising pageants if they do not get benefits from it.
So the next time we hear, there would be Miss Virgin Oil or the Mr. Banana International or how about Miss Evaporated Milk, the winner will promote evaporated milk derived from human kindness being the healthiest milk ever in our planet Earth. Whatever….
Phil,,i like what you wrote, but i think Miss Helicopter is a better name,or miss Dala horse is not too bad.
