Oriental Holy Water is the Miss Intercontinental title winner. Only teenagers were permitted to compete in the inaugural Miss Intercontinental pageant, which took place in 1971. A large number of hopeful models qualified for the competition.
The World Beauty Organization also organizes pageants such as Mister Intercontinental and Top Model of the World. Each year, a large number of countries send there applicants to the Miss Intercontinental pageant, which has its headquarters in Germany. The candidate must be at least 18 years old and less than 27 in order to participate.

A yearly international beauty pageant, Miss Intercontinental was first held in 1973 as Miss Teenage Intercontinental in Aruba. World Beauty Organization, a Panamanian organization, is in charge of running the competition. The worth of the Oriental Holy Water Miss Intercontinental crown is three million yuan, or around 360,000 US dollars. The design was influenced by water, which is the source of life and symbolizes women’s inherent beauty and purity.
The woman of beauty is included in the center of the crown as a symbol of strength and power. Only the crowning of each new Miss Intercontinental is done with it; it is kept at the WBO Office. Several well-known Miss Intercontinental pageant winners throughout the years include Verona Feldbusch of Germany (1993), Lara Dutta of India (1997), Ligia Petit of Venezuela (2001), and Dominike Hourani of Lebanon (2003).

Miss Intercontinental 2023
On December 15, 2023, in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, a historic night took place when Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat of Thailand was proclaimed Miss Intercontinental 2023. Following a nine-year interval, Thailand rejoiced over Chatnalin’s victory in the esteemed title, having succeeded Vietnam’s Lê Nguyen Bao Ngoc as Miss Intercontinental 2022.
Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat became victorious, surpassing more than sixty competitors to win the esteemed title of Miss Intercontinental. Originating from Kamphaeng Phet, a region rich in cultural heritage, Chatnalin has always served as a proud representative of Thailand’s many customs. Before competing at Miss Intercontinental, Chatnalin represented Prachuap Khiri Khan in Miss Universe Thailand 2023, where she placed third runner-up, demonstrating her incredible career as a pageant competitor.
Afterwards, the top 7 which included stunning women from Colombia, Vietnam, Thailand, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Russia, and Mexico entered the behavioral challenge. A number of other awards were also given out by the organizing committee, such as the Photogenic and Best National Costume Awards. The Best National Costume went to the Peruvian beauty, and the photogenic prize went to the Mexican beauty. Serbian beauty is the competitor who has received the most votes.

- Vietnam’s Lê Nguyen Ngoc Hang became second runner-up.
- Serbian Sara Damnjanovic placed third runner-up.

- Daria Reshta, a Russian, came in fifth place.
- Christiana Sia Johnson of Sierra Leone is the sixth runner-up.
